Check this out:

Most of the chronic diseases that affect us and account for almost 80% of our healthcare costs are caused by our lifestyle and environment.

Namely our:

  • Poor Diet
  • Sedentary Lifestyle
  • Smoking
  • Chronic Stress (The BIG ONE in my opinion)

By just applying these 4 simple habits:

1. Not smoking.

2. Exercising 3.5 hours per week.

3. Eating healthy (pure, whole foods not processed).

4. Maintaining a healthy weight (BMI <30).

Prevents:

93% of diabetes!

81% of heart attacks!

50% of strokes!

36% of ALL cancers!

Just from 4 simple habits.

You CAN do that!

Just start with whichever on the list is the easiest for you.

Don’t start out at 3.5 hours this week. You won’t last.

Start with a 5-10 minute walk. It’s a great time of the year for a walk.

Or one of the 7-minute free workouts I talk about in my book.

And repeat tomorrow.

And the next day.

And the next.

A little bit more each day adds up.

See, daily good habits will produce good results over time.

Notice it is not straight up.  You will experience setbacks. That’s normal.

But you will improve over time with consistent steps.

Need help to quit smoking (or another bad habit)?

Pray.

Really pray.

Like an on-hands-and-knees-I-can’t-do-this-on-my-own kind of prayer.

It works. And a side effect you will notice from the exercising and prayer?

Reduced stress.

Bingo! We’re now getting somewhere!

Just don’t forget to repeat!

Encouraging you to live your 100X Life,

Stephen
